I would Recommend to anyone who is thinking to joining the organisation as a engineer is to obtain knowledge of the basic principles on how computers and networks operate and then apply to the trust if they are applying for an engineer position. As this will assist the colleague to handle the duties of a of an engineer well, whilst proving a good sound understanding of what position will incorporate.
