Staffordshire & Shropshire Health Informatics Service is a large, well-established shared service provider hosted by Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. It is a mature IM&T organisation employing over 120 staff, who currently provide services and solutions to multiple NHS and other public sector organisations throughout the UK.

In 2013 South Staffordshire Health Informatics Service and North Staffs IT Service joined to create Staffordshire & Shropshire Health Informatics Service
Successful achieved accreditation for our Information Security Management System under ISO 27001
Attained DCB1596 Secure Email Certification from NHS Digital for the locally hosted cross partnership email platform
Successfully achieved 2 star Proactive Service Desk rating at our first audit
Maintained high levels of service delivery to a 17,000 user base throughout the whole of the Covid 19 Pandemic
Successfully achieved 3 star Customer Led Service desk rating at our 2022 surveillance audit
Skillset
Endpoint Configuration Engineer
Responsible for the centralised configuration and management of endpoint devices. This encompasses approximately 20,000 Windows client devices and 7,500 mobile devices, including the packaging and deployment of software applications and settings via Microsoft System Center Endpoint Manager, Azure / Intune, Active Directory / Group Policy, to agreed configurations and security baselines.
