3 Star SDI Accreditation Retained
Improvements across 6 concept areas

S&SHIS are pleased to confirm that it has retained its 3-Star SDI Accreditation following its surveillance audit last month and the Service Desk remains an accredited Customer Led Service. There were improvements across 6 concept areas this year and we continue to strive towards 4 Star Business Led accreditation remains at the forefront of our journey. On submission of the Auditors report the SDI Chairman noted.

Well done on improving score across five concepts.In striving for business-led maturity it will be vital to ensure strategic and operational planning is coherent and cohesive across the organisation, the operating framework for support is robust and resilient, and the potential for single points of failure has been eliminated.
