3 Star SDI Accreditation Retained
Committed to our SDI Journey

S&SHIS are pleased to confirm that it has retained its 3-Star SDI Accreditation following its surveillance audit in October and the Service Desk remains an accredited Customer Led Service. As an organisation we continue to strive towards 4 Star Business Led accreditation and this remains at the forefront of our journey.
The SDI Chairman noted in the audit report:
Congratulations on once again maintaining customer-led maturity! It is so pleasing to see S&SHIS delivering a quality service and delivering improvement in two concepts, despite the significant challenges across the whole of the NHS. While there are a few reduced scores this year, transitioning to a more agile support structure is clearly delivering significant business value and inspiring staff to take on new challenges. Taking the time to now formalise the model, streamline your processes and procedures, and eliminate the potential for single points of failure, will no doubt ensure lost ground is recovered.
